Good Branch - Humble staff and less crowded as compared to other Govt Banks. Rate of Interest is the biggest Pull factor for Saving accounts. Internet Banking is as friendly and convenient as that of Well established Bigger banks like HDFC. Parking can be a bit of problem here

Awesome, Fantastic, Excellent and Perfect these are the only words i can choose for Janakpuri IDFC bank branch. Extremely helpfull and friendly staff. It is usually a hassle to visit a bank and get your work done, but here it is a different story alltogather. Ankit the Branch Manager is an excellent person to speak with and always up for customers help. Love Banking with IDFC keep up the good work. 👍
